I'd like to have the same web capture ability in FireFox as you did for IE.

Have a look at
http://ietab.mozdev.org/
This will open a web-page in a firefox tab, but in IE-Mode.
In this IE Tab all features of IE (f.e. right click, context menue save to UR) are available and you must not open a separte instance of IE

The Launchy add on for Firefox (as referenced in admin's link to the discussion thread) works great for capturing web pages. It's almost as easy as right clicking in Explorer.
