The following would make the Outlook integration much more useful for me:
1. When I create a new Task or Contact (or even Appointment or Note), automatically create and link to a new corresponding item in Outlook (in the default Outlook folder for that type of item).
2. When I edit a UR info item that is linked to an Outlook item, when the UR info item is edited and saved, update the linked Outlook item to reflect those changes made in UR.
This would allow me to do more work within UR and have all synchronization up to date as I make changes. As it is now, I have to jump back and forth between Outlook and UR and then remember to manually sync items linked to Outlook items that I changed.
I realize that you have to deal with situations where changes were made in both UR and Outlook. Perhaps you could either take the item with the most recent Date Changed or if you keep it a one-way sync, allow the user the option to sync FROM UR to Outlook as opposed to vice versa.
