Ecco and looking to change

I have been a user of Ecco for the last 15 years. This is the first package that has caught my eye that may have the functionality to replace it. Any old Ecco users that made the jump? In addition, how well does it synch up with Outlook? Does Intelli Synch work with this program?

Two-way sync w/ Outlook is planned for the next release (the current release only has Outlook to UR integration). Also see here for a user-contributed solution:
