I use copy and win+V a lot when I find web articles that I would like to keep a copy of. At the moment it does the import as soon as I hit win+V and will not accept any more import requests until it's done.

Is there a way in which the import request can be queued and the import process happen in the background with feedback provided via the systray icon in some way.

I often find a site with links to a series of articles and I've gotten into the habit of right clciking the link and selecting 'copy link location' in Firefox and then hitting win+V and if it would queue these win+V requests then it would make Ultra Recall an even more powerful tool.

Cheers

That's a shame as it's the only missing feature that is holding me back from purchasing right away.

Even right now I have a series of links on a page that I want to quickly import but doing it manually one at a time is proving very tiresome. I just want to queue them all up and then leave UR to process through the queue in the background.

Is there a roadmap for the product anywhere? If this feature was included on a roadmap then I would be interested in joining a beta program to test the new functionality.

The roadmap you will find at

it is a little bit hidden under version History.
But may be that Kevina can say something in addition.

It's on our list but is not trivial to implement (it requires saving all the clipboard formats [there can be dozens] on the clipboard to a cache, and then processing sequentially from the cache).

One workaround for now:

In UR, use File | Import -> Files, Next, then copy/paste each URL to the Files to import field (one per line) to import multiple URLs in a batch.

Multiple copy/paste can be simplified by using a clipboard extender that can copy multiple and quickly paste back each one. Some popular ones:
