Error Loading Items: Not enough storage

Why am I getting this error when I try to copy an OL MSG to UR? It is only happening on a one MSG that is 552KB big.

- Is this a built-in restriction?
- Can it be changed and where?

I was able to copy a 6MB message from Outlook 2003 SP2 to UR 2.0e (on Windows XP SP2) without any trouble. Which version/SP of Windows, Outlook, and UR are you running? How much available physical memory do you have? Can you ZIP and post or send the .msg file?

Thanks for the prompt reply. I have to say your prompt response to user requests is one of the best I have seen. It is also one of the main reasons why I ended up purchasing UR.

Unfortunately I cannot send you the MSG file since it contains corporate sensitive data. OL reports it at 552kb.

I'm off today. I will be back tomorrow and will give it another try. Will keep you posted.
