Hi,
I experienced this problem both under Windows XP Pro SP2, and again now upon re-installing UltraRecall under Windows Vista Business Edition.
Upon launch I get the error:
Alert Title: Richedit Assert
The specified module could not be found.
(msptls.dll)
I have Office 2007 so I'm guessing this is a problem with UR trying to access Office's Richedit controls.
Also, another quick question: Is there any way to purchase UltraRecall via Paypal? I was going to purchase it today but I don't have a credit card.
Thanks,
-Kevin
