Ok I have a document called cover_letter.doc which I move into UR.
I have two clients:
Company A
Company B
I copy and "paste as copy" into each company:
Company A
- cover_letter.doc
Company B
- cover_letter.doc
I open both documents. I have two MS Word windows, both entitled:
cover_letter_(UltraRecall Copy).doc
After editing, I save the changes which are synced back to UR.
Magically, both documents are saved correctly with their differences intact. (how?)
I had to test this though as it worried me that both word instances had the same document title. Perhaps you might consider appending a (2) if the same document is opened again to give the user a clue that, yes we know this is a different document of the same name.
