Hello!
Dear Kinook
I know I have successfully done this before,
however, I cannot remember the modification I had to do to an exported OML file in order to import it!
That is, according to the help file ...
"One advantage to exporting Ultra Recall data to XML is that all information stored in an Ultra Recall database can be exported. In addition, the exported OML can be re-imported into Ultra Recall (via the Import Wizard) which allows it to be used as a backup of Ultra Recall data in a non-proprietary format."
Therefore, I exported my URD file using the
"Items to an XML (OML) file" OPTION
It successfully produced the OML file and the Icons/Notes/StoredContent folders.
However, when I attempted to RE-IMPORT the very same OML file "AS IS" using the XML (OML/.OPML) option ... I get the following error ...
"Error parsing document 'FILENAME.OML': not well-formed (invalid token)"
Like I said, this is the very same file (untouched) as produced by UR.
Am I suppose to modify it in some way in order for the IMPORT to work?
I think I accounted this problem before, and I had to delete something in the OML in order to get it to work ... but I can't remember.
Please help
Thanks
Devon
