I am new to VBP so maybe this is simple.
I created a step to build a C++ project using the Make Delphi step. I had it set the version number and some of the other properties.
After a successful build the EXE still has the old version info.
I've determined that the .bdsproj file is updated with the correct information. But the .RES file is not. If I delete the .RES file I will get some dialog prompts during the compile, but it will recreate the .RES file with the new version info.
The documentation says that this step will rebuild the .RES file with the new version.
What am I doing wrong?
