context menu anomalie

On my system, when format toolbar is not shown, the context menu for details page is not complete. For example, the color for highlighting is not seen. This display problem only affects the display in the left colum of the context menu.

I was able to reproduce this anomaly. But choosing that menu item does still work properly (highlighting in the last-selected highlight color). And the Format toolbar must be displayed in order to change the highlight color anyway...
