Ultra Recall (v3.1 and later) provides an extension (http://www.kinook.com/UR/Manual/thunderbirdintegration.htm) for quickly importing messages from Thunderbird into Ultra Recall.
Thunderbird, Netscape Mail, and Eudora messages can also be imported (http://www.kinook.com/UR/Manual/anmboxfile.htm) via the Import Wizard.
