more and more applications are using visual aids for representing data and its connections, ConnectedText, PersonalBrain, Tinderbox, ... (though this one doen't seem to be utterly useful :) http://www.eastgate.com/Tinderbox/elements/TolmieMapBig.jpg)
I myself tried Personal Brain and FreeMind to be a graphical frontend for my Data explorer tree. Obviously there are many obstacles, changing database location, deleting, adding data, everything has to be done twice ...
Would you please consider adding visual representation of the Data explorer tree. Doesn't need to be full featured, just showing item, its parents and children as a graph, doesn't need to be dynamic like Personal Brain, just refreshing the view when clicking on an item would do in its first version. Take is slow, I'm sure users would like it, and if you get enough positive feedback, you'd be happy to spend more time on this feature and improve it further. Thanks a lot :)
