Insert a new item on the desktop

Is there any way to do this?

I was trying to figure out how to make this command an item & then to d/d it onto the desktop but can't do it.

Anyone?

Maybe an improvement if not possible?

UR opens
it is focused on miscellany
and a child is created

I suppose this would require some kind of shortcut option menu. Oh well.
