It is very nice to have "delay before updating item access date". In the similar sense, I'd welcome if there is setting to "delay before increasing access count", which would work in this way:
just before the "access date" is going to be updated, UR would check whether (current date/time) - (access date /time) > "delay before increasing access count". If yes, it would increase the access count, otherwise not.
I'd have this setting to about half an hour. Why would this be useful? When I'm working on certain item, editing, linking, moving here and there ... I would want the access count to update only if the last time I was working on it was more that half an hour ago. In this way, I could see, how many times I was really working on it.
