I am not sure whether this feature in Outlook exists before Outlook 2007 - but with OL 2007 you can set Flags with Start/Due Dates and Reminders for Contacts and Email - a feature which for me has made independent Outlook Tasks Items 99% Redundant.
I don't believe Flags and Reminders are Fields in the Outlook Contact or Emails Forms. They must arise from some other Outlook sub system.
That was a preamble for saying that Flags and Reminders set on Outlook Contacts and Emails are not captured and subsequently synchronized in UR.
In order for everything and every action relating to Outlook Items to be fully given over to UR - I believe this requirement would need to be met...
Any thoughts anyone? Kinook?
