Most of my item text contains chinese character, and ultrarecall cannot generate the keywords correctly, it separate the sentence with 15 char as keywords. i hope i can set the keywords max length to 64 or more, so every sentence will treat as one keyword, and the search function will work most of time.

Enable full-text search enhancements (new in 4.1). It indexes the full text instead of keywording individual words.

In the worst scenario, you can always manually keyword (Ctrl+K) any character string. For the frequently searching Chinese keywords, create a Search item instead so that you don't have to frequently re-construct complex Chinese search criteria.
Hope it helps.
