What'll be the future direction of UR?
UR should remain focused in its core strength--rapid search, both in and out.
The Ins (parameters) include:
1. Stemming
2. Phonic
3. Fuzzy
4. Synonym (user definable)
The Outs (results) include:
1. Statistics (max, min, average, std dev,...etc.)
2. Unique info item with least value (eg the zipcodes with least value)
3. Unique info item with largest value (eg the zipcodes with highest value)
4. Customizable reports/dashboards
5. Graphics (eg, line/piechart)
Ultimate Goal:
To generate enhanced search results which are intelligent enough to make informed decision.
Just my 2 cents.
