There is no such thing as a Document Taskbar. It should read Database Taskbar. This is displayed correctly in the Help file:
"Windows taskbar entries: Determines whether one Windows taskbar icon is displayed for all open databases or one for each open database (the default depends on whether the Database toolbar is displayed)."

Minor glitches aside, I'd like to say what a great little app UR has turned out to be!
