What is my_db.urd-mj57E7466F file and can I safly delete it?

I have this file laying around for weeks now in same directory as the db iteslf. Your documentation refers to types of temporary files '*-journal' and 'ultrarecall_***', but this one matches none of these patterns.

- What's the purpose of this file?
- Why is it there for this urd file only?
- Can I safely delete it?

It's a temporary file created by SQLite and can be safely deleted.
