Some webpage "info items" cause UR crash.
For example, when selecting an info item with URL: http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/sr2.htm?shopid=207, it will pop up multiple facebook webpages on FireFox.
How to prevent the unwanted popups?
To crash the UR:
Uncheck Options | Browser | Launch shorts in external browser window by default
The crashes are repeatable and annoying.
Please help. Thanks.
Config
UltraRecall.exe version 5.0.0.2

That page is not loading for me, but you may need to keep that option unchecked to avoid the problem.

I'm not seeing any popups or hanging when viewing http://www.thefreedictionary.com after importing into UR.
What I meant was to check the option you mentioned:
Options | Browser | Launch shorts in external browser window by default

Thanks for your fast reply.
Following your suggestion, ie, turning off Launch shorts in external browser window by default, http://www.thefreedictionary.com is opened fine without a glitch.
However, the http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/sr2.htm?shopid=207 causes the UR crash, which was the purpose of my opening post. The OpenRice seems to attempt opening several Facebook webpages.
The core question here: how to stop all embedded script from running inside UR. Is it possible?

That page is loading for me now, but I'm not seeing any popups or crashes in UR after importing and viewing the imported page. You might try unchecking Tools | Options | Import (More) | Download scripts before importing, or check the block options at Tools | Options | Browser.

Yes, after tweaking Internet Options, all said annoying crash and popups are gone.
Thanks, Kinook.
