Inserting RTF in new child/sibling

I want to insert Rich text from the clipboard to a new item. When I choose insert sibling/child I have only

Appointment
Contact
Folder
Project
Search
Task
Text

Text is only plain text. How can I add a further template for Rich text?

The Text template is rich text (RTF) format.

If you have RTF on the clipboard, you can paste into the tree to create a new Text item with the formatted text.
