Moving items with hotkeys not working

I try from time to time UR, to see if something in what matters for me is changed on the way.

A thing that I found troubling in UR has been the drag and drop gestures to move items in the outline pane. With dragging, I am just able to make an item a child of another, but not to move up and down or left it. The issue I understand is on the way a package code/feature has been adopted by UR. Other software use a different one, and with drag and drop it works better, at least for me.

What I found strange now is to discover that even the given hotkeys (Shift+Ctrl+Direction keys) at least in my WinXp configuration do not work with the latest UR. I need to use the menu: that works.

Is this an issue for UR in general or is just my old OS that does that.

Testing with URP 5.2.0.6 on Win 10Pro (1511 10586.164)

Using the keys Shift+Ctrl+arrows to move the items in the data explorer pane -- works for me.

Working here as well in XP and 10 with UR Pro 5.2.0.6. Maybe try resetting your keyboard shortcuts to the defaults (Tools | Customize | Keyboard -> Reset All).

To move up/down among siblings with drag/drop, hold down the Shift key while dragging.

Many thanks for the feedback.
I re-installed UR again. Now I can be more specific. The hotkeys work, but not - as I noticed now, in my case - once inside the Template root, using left or right keys. For instance if I put a text item file within the Template/Text icon in the outline pane, I am not able to take the text item out with the hotkeys. Instead up and down keys work also there.
