This is such an elusive crash that haunted me for few weeks now. It happened ~ five times a week & I just could not reproduce it.
Today, I was able to.
Turning word-wrap on & off does not persist when new tabs are opened for the same info item. If I turn it off in tab1, clone it (via ctrl+t), then turn it on in the clone. Now, I have two tabs for same info item with conflicting word-wrap setting.
The crash happens when a search is started and first search result is selected. Any attempts to interact with above info item editor crashes UR.
Attached is a screen recording showing the crash & the urd file I used in my testing.
Here's how to reproduce it. In my testing, I reproduced six times in row ...
1. tab1: turn on wordwrap (ww)
2. clone tab tab1 to tab2
3. tab1: turn ww off
4. tab2: check ww is on
5. ctrl+t
6. search for string 'associated parameter '
7. highlight first search result
8. Right-click anhwere in editor
9. should crash ur
