Can we import a web page and child pages directly?

I'm trying to build a programming language reference, from several sites that can be searched offline.

Does UR do some nested crawling and import, so that we have a tree that mirrors the imported page?

I have a similar use-case. I download the documentation via website downloader utility (there is plenty of open source ones) to download content legally.

Once downloaded, I use UR to import via file/import or drag/drop.
