Customize flag labels

I'd like to be able to change the flag text labels that appear in the flag drop down menu from the color name as it is now (Red, Green, Blue...) to something more meaningful for me (Recurring, Errand, Deferred, Waiting, etc.).

Suggestion: for "Completed" how about making the font strikethrough? I think that would be much clearer than the gray font.

Should be configurable.
I personally hate strike through -- I like to be able to easily read what's been set to complete. :-)
