Ultra Recall provides many ways to recall your information after it has been captured:
Once the desired information has been recalled, several methods are available for
displaying and editing that information:
- Select an item in the Data Explorer pane to view its details
- The Item Details pane shows an appropriate viewer or editor for the selected items
(documents can also be edited externally in their associated application)
- The Related Items pane can be customized to display and sort on the desired
attributes of child items or search results
- Item attributes can be edited using the Item Attributes pane or custom forms
Your information can also be easily used outside of Ultra Recall by:
- Copy/paste or drag/drop to other applications
- Sending via email
- Exporting in various formats
- Printing
Ultra Recall is flexible enough to replace several applications, allowing you to manage
everything in one place.
