Image disappearing
 

I am having an issue, while text note is not locked I can see all the images and documentation that I am writing. When I go to lock the page so that its not accidentally edited one of the images disappears.

If that doesn't help, we would need more details on reproducing this behavior.

So I have office 2016 installed and I checked the DLL's in the UltraRecall folder and the version there are shown below. I replaced them with the ones for 2016 in the link you sent but I am still having the issue. Do I need to reboot the machine ?

I would first try with the default version (exit UR and delete riched20.dll and/or msftedit.dll from the UR installation path). You don't need to reboot.

I deleted both files I mentioned above and still the issue exists
