Easier Outlining
 

Firstly, I'd like to say that I've been working with PIMs for about 10 years now. I've owned a shrink-wrap software company for about 9 years now. So, I understand the constraints you're under. Bravo!!

I wrote one about 8 years ago (for internal use) and I've tried a LOT of them (Ecco, Treepad, MyBase, etc.)


So far, UR looks better in many ways.

One MAJOR downside is POOR support for outlining.

I think in terms out outlines. I'd like to be able to, from the keyboar, easily move items around, insert an additional item, etc.

Now, you CAN do this in UR, but it's very CUMBERSOME (cntrl-U, cntrl-D). This spreads these control keys over the keyboard instead of keeping them clustered, which would be more intuitive. (TreePad does a great job of this).
