Outlook import take 30 seconds per item
 

Hi all

I am having weirdness with the import from Outlook.

Outlook items take 30 seconds to import. Is this normal?

No. Maybe try disabling any other Outlook add-ins or repairing or uninstall/reinstall Outlook. It's also possible that some security software is interfering and slowing things down. Other possibilities here:

By 30 seconds, do you mean for one OL record or one hundred records?

One basic item without attachments

Is this the first instance you find recently or is it always taking 30 seconds to import since you installed UR? Have you re-configured your Windows (eg, services and security) and/or Outlook (eg, profile) recently? BTW, have you compacted your OL Personal Folders?
