possible pattern causing AVs
 

I use a lot of locked quick searches that have reminders & or are favorites. All open in new tabs so it's possible to have several of these open at the same time. Option set to start search automatically when activated.

So if I'm in one of these windows, checking the children & I close the tab, URp automatically jumps to the next tab which could also be one of these automated searches.

This convergence of dumping out of one & jumping to another seems to produce AVs on my system.

This is the closest I've come to spotting a pattern.

Just a quick comment... I never use tabs but still get the VA error every so often.
