Process Files
 

Hi,
One thing I have noticed with Process Files is that if you build it as a selection it outputs all the Filenames to the last output step macro and is extremely fast. If you build it as a group it processes each file seperatly even if you have no build steps below it. I understand the latter is how it is suppose to behave. What I want though is for Process Files to act like the Build Selected because I need the Include/Exclude functionality which List Files action command doesn't seem to have. Basically I'm just trying to get the file list that happens with Build Selected of Process Files action. Is there a way for me to do this?

Not with the Process Files action. You could use the Delete Files action with 'Do not delete' and 'Log files' checked to get a listing of matching filenames (and the List Files action will also support include/exclude fields in the next release).
