saving workspace; saving layouts

I would like to suggest:

* layouts
-- locking layouts: so that layout is saved for good and some accidental change done to windows will only have a temporary effect (until switched over to another layout)

-- renaming layouts - so that I can have a user friendly name for each (eg. tasklist so that I know what for it is)

* saving of workspace
-- particularly, what I have on mind here is that the Database toolbar will be saved, together with all databases opened, and reopened on each session in exactly same way as it was saved
