can i use the software on my pc and on my laptop simultaneously?

maybe you should consider a license model by user like the people from chaossoftware.com ?

While the license does specifically mention that the license is not for simultaneous use on multiple machines, this license was adopted based on the license developed for another Kinook Software product, Visual Build Professional, which could literally be used simultaneously for long running builds on multiple machines by a single user.

The general idea is that the software can either be used per PC, or per user, but not both. Since a person can't literally use two computers simultaneously with Ultra Recall, my understanding is that one person is allowed to use a single license on multiple computers in the manner you describe.
