Item Notes - how are you using this?
 

I'm trying to figure out when one would use the "Item Notes" feature.

Is anyone using this feature?
How is it helping you?

Stupid questions I'm sure but am going to ask them anyways. :-)

Ralph, I find the item notes useful when I want to add notes to items I've imported to UR, eg., I can annotate an imported email or webpage. That also has the advantage of being able to use the contents of the notes to find items with searches.

Ok, that makes since. I haven't done too much importing of files that I can immediately edit with the Item Text but it makes since what you are saying. Thanks for the heads up.
