I have just decided to use this feature, but have a question about how it is supposed to work.

My expectation is that as I mark a task as completed, the task will immediately disappear from view. Perhaps my expectation is incorrect, but I want to confirm how this command is supposed to behave. It does not disappear from view unless I refresh all.

Item(s) that are marked completed will not disappear until the tree is refreshed (refresh all, hoist/unhoist, reload, restart, etc.).
