Outlook toolbar
 

Is there anyway to use the outlook toolbar and to keep the focus in Outlook? At present, if I am scrolling through my emails, and use the toolbar, it automatically takes me to UR each time I clip one. I would prefer to have the ability to stay in Outlook until I have processed all my emails.

The toolbar is a nice feature, this is a refinement that would help
