Run Script (Python) now does nothing (6.1 -> 6.2 upgrade)
I just upgraded from VBP 6.1 to 6.2, and now my Python scripts do absolutely nothing when run through a build, or with the 'test' function. Even clearly wrong script will not cause an error. If I enter a line in the immediate Script Editor it will do something.
Other languages seem to run alright - I can run through the script sample without a problem (but this doesn't test Python). I have ActivePython 2.3 installed. Any help would be appreciated! Cheers, Tim |

Interesting. ActivePython seems to be picky about COM apartment types of components it interacts with. Importing the attached .reg script and restarting VBP should resolve the problem.

Thanks, that fixed the problem :)
