Changing an item's form?

Hi,

Is it possible to change an item's form?

When I look at the item attributes in the Attributes Pane, the Form attribute isn't there. Also when I try to insert an attribute, the Form attribute is still not there.

If I have 20 items that should be properly associated with one form rather than the current one, is there an easy way to change them all, or do I have to go through a copy and paste into a new item with the correct for for each item?

This is a potentially large problem if one has associates working with a template that's set up with the wrong form attached. Hoping there's an easy fix...

Thanks.

Regards,
Bal

Forms are configured at the template level and apply to all items of that template.

You can only change an items form by changing the item's template to one with the desired form.

So to quickly fix all 20 items, I would make a copy of the current template, rename and change the form attribute of the copy.

Now to change all 20 item's template at once --with all 20 items selected, change the template attribute to the newly-created-templete-with-desired-form.

I'll give this a try this evening - thanks.
