I once asked for the following for URp's RTF editor

A "Numbering" feature like in Word to compliment the Bullet Point feature.

Kinook answer was:
This is available from the keyboard via Ctrl+Shift+L (toggles between bulleting and several numbering styles).

Update:
I don't believe this is true any longer.

The default shortcut for the Edit | Insert Hyperlink is Ctrl+Shift+L, which overrides the rich edit control shortcut. In the future, we'll change the default shortcut for that command to something else so it doesn't conflict. For now, remove that shortcut from that command (Tools | Customize | Keyboard, navigate to Edit | Insert Hyperlink, click the key assignment Ctrl+Shift+L and click Remove).
