Best way to import large Outlook folder
 

My Outlook folder is now over half a gigabyte and I would like to store the contents in UR and then delete 75% of the messages from Outlook itself.

Would anyone have any suggestions as to the best method to use for the import: drag/drop, copy/paste, etc?

You can drag/drop the Outlook folder into UR (hold down the Ctrl key when dropping to store contents, or right-drag and choose Copy in the drop menu) to import that folder and subfolders.
