Importing Outlook messages
 

I just finished importing my outlook e-mail messages and the database has ballooned up to 700 MB. Is this because of the attachments? If so, is there a way to store the attachments externally during the import?

If an Outlook message is stored in UR, the entire message (including any attachments) will be stored. Another option might be to link to rather than storing the message contents in UR.

sorry, slightly off-topic
... one of the reasons I don't use UR to manage my emails is that UR still doesn't map/populate the Attachments attribute :(
