Word count in Ultrarecall?

Hello

I haven't been around here in a while. I haven't needed much more since hyperlinks were implemented. Anyway, is there a way to show the word count of a document in UR? I'm writing an article aiming for 400 words and have to keep going to out to Word for this function.
