automatic update of linked directories
 

I have a number of directories in the file system. I can update them to show new files that were added in those directories via Cntrl-F5.

I have many of those in different places in the tree. Is there a way to automatically (say on loading URD, or every hour, or some such) sync all directories at once?

Create a search that includes all of the linked folder items, and add a reminder to it. When the reminder fires, open+dismiss it, then use Ctrl+F5 to sync all of the search result items.
