Self extracting zip file

Is there a way to configure the zip step so it creates a self extracting zip file (.exe extension)?

No. According to the WinZip 9.0 help file, the WinZip Self-Extractor [1] has a command-line interface for doing this; you could call it from a Run Program step.

This is possible with the Enhanced ZIP Files action in v8.0.
