New attribute: thumbnail
 

It would be nice to have two attributes:

thumbnail_item
thumbnail_note

These would be thumbnails of
- the first page of item text and item note
- the first page of pdf/doc/xls ... files
- photos, eg. jpg/png/gif/... files
- ...

These attributes could be added to Child Items/Search pane and used for "visual navigation" ...
