Carriage Return
When entering text in a Rich Text field, I have to use "Ctrl-Enter" to perform a carriage return. This was also true when I started using the demo version; somehow it just "went away" so that the "Enter" key created a carriage return. Now this has returned...
I cannot find anything related to this in "Help" or in this forum. Am I missing something? Thank you! |
I'm not sure what could cause that. You could try using a different riched20.dll version.

Thank you for the quick reply. I tried the suggested remedy to no avail. I'm puzzled at the intermittent nature of this issue.

Me too. Is there any software that might be interfering with UR in some way (keyboard driver, resident keyboard monitoring software, etc.)? Please ZIP and send to support@kinook.com:
1) The info from Help | About | Install Info 2) Run RegEdit and export the registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kinook Software\Ultra Recall\Options" 3) The brand+model of keyboard and driver being used |
