I just downloaded URP4.0.0.6.

Now as I load the program I get a message that says The specified module could not be found. (msptls.dll).

What is this module? I haven't yet seen any degradation in performance of URP4, but it is annoying to have to dismiss that message before URP4 loads.

How do I make this error message to go away?

09:42PM - additional info: I have been able to find the .dll file in the program files\common\microsoft shared\Office12 folder. So it exists on my local drive; URP4 is simply not finding it.

It appears that one degradation is that bullets and numbers don't work now.
