"the nth of" in recurring
 

If possible, I'd like to have an additional choice in the recurring reminders capability:

The nth of...

As in...

The first Monday of every month.

or

The second Tuesday of November

etc.

I have meetings that occur on that basis, and I can't simply say that they occur monthly.

Thoughts?
