Subversion ChangeList Command

How do you recommend using the changelist command for SVN? I want to add files to a changelist as I'm going through my script, and I can't get the sequence of arguments correct.

It's supposed to be:
SVN changelist "ChangeListName" files files files

I can't get anything into the ChangeListName arg here.

Enter the changelistname on the first line of the 'Files/modules to process' field and files on subsequent lines.
