How to freeze a label
 

Again I know how to do this in StarTeam, both GUI and command line. However how do I do it from VBPro GUI? I want to

- Create a label
- Apply the label
- Freeze the label (this step separately)

When creating the label in VBPro, I just can't add the -f option in the Options tab because then I can't apply it, since it's now a frozen label. (I tried just that and I got an error when I tried to apply it.)

Use the same steps as when calling the StarTeam command-line directly.
